​Overview
Civicon was appointed to provide project management and reporting support for the replacement of Blackbushe Airport’s Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) system. This critical upgrade required a structured and collaborative approach to ensure that works were delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with the airport’s operational needs.

Delivery Approach
Our role focused on managing the programme from planning through to execution, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations. By leading stakeholder engagement and implementing clear client reporting structures, Civicon provided assurance of progress, compliance, and safety. Digital progress monitoring tools were also used to keep all parties aligned throughout the works.​

The project was delivered on cost and within programme, achieving a smooth handover of the upgraded AGL system. Civicon’s management ensured efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder confidence while supporting the safe completion of complex civil and electrical works in a live airfield environment.
